Who is responsible for repairs?

Landlords generally pay for repairs however, as part of the Fully Managed Service, Sharples pays for repairs and maintaining the property up to 10% of the monthly rental income.

 

Do I need a special insurance or mortgage to rent out my property?

We’d recommend getting buildings insurance, and it’s legally required to either outright own the property or have a buy-to-let mortgage in order to rent out your property.

How long does the application process take?

Renting a property with Sharples Lettings is a straightforward process. Begin by filling out a brief form where you’ll answer some personal questions.
