- Swift Repairs and Maintenance: From minor fixes to major repairs, our team addresses issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition.
- Routine Property Inspections: Conducting regular inspections on behalf of landlords, we monitor property well-being and address any concerns before they escalate.
Our commitment to expertly managing and maintaining properties is rooted in creating a stress-free experience for landlords, allowing them to enjoy the benefits of property ownership without the day-to-day responsibilities.
The cost for our Fully Managed Service is from 10% of the monthly rent. This fee covers a comprehensive range of services, including legal support, marketing, maintenance, and routine inspections.
We take care of all repair arrangements promptly, subject to agreement, costs less than the equivalent of one months rent are deducted from the tenants rent. We don’t add any hidden fees or arrangement costs, you will receive a copy of the original repair invoice!
While our Fully Managed Service offers a comprehensive package, we understand that each landlord may have specific needs. We are open to discussions and can tailor our services to align with individual preferences.
Our financial management includes handling billing and financial aspects related to the property, providing transparent and stress-free financial oversight for landlords.
