How much does the Fully Managed Service cost?

The cost for our Fully Managed Service is from 10% of the monthly rent. This fee covers a comprehensive range of services, including legal support, marketing, maintenance, and routine inspections.

How are repairs and maintenance managed?

We take care of all repair arrangements promptly, subject to agreement, costs less than the equivalent of one months rent are deducted from the tenants rent. We don’t add any hidden fees or arrangement costs, you will receive a copy of the original repair invoice!

Is the Fully Managed Service customisable?

While our Fully Managed Service offers a comprehensive package, we understand that each landlord may have specific needs. We are open to discussions and can tailor our services to align with individual preferences.

How are financial aspects managed?

Our financial management includes handling billing and financial aspects related to the property, providing transparent and stress-free financial oversight for landlords.
