For properties under our Full Management Service, Sharples Lettings takes care of the entire process. We arrange for skilled professionals to handle repairs at a time convenient for you, eliminating the hassle on your end. You just need to let us know, and we’ll handle the rest.

Tenant-Caused Issues:

In the event that the repair is needed due to accidental damage or negligence on your part, we still encourage you to report it promptly. While you may be liable to contribute to the repair costs, we believe in transparent communication and fair resolutions.

In the case of emergencies or urgent repairs outside regular hours, please refer to our Emergency Contact page to get help get immediate assistance.

For tenants whose landlords aren’t part of our Fully Managed Service, direct communication with your landlord is necessary for issue reporting.
